Since 2019, I've worked with product teams to shape digital experiences, from the language people encounter in a product to the content systems and standards that keep it clear and consistent as it grows.
My work spans content strategy, UX writing, information architecture, and content systems. I'm particularly interested in how language and structure influence the way people understand products, make decisions, and get things done.
More recently, I've been exploring how this work extends to AI agents. I'm interested in how they interpret instructions, use knowledge, communicate decisions, and operate within clear boundaries. I'm building Voxra, an AI content governance system, to put some of these ideas into practice.
